"GORDON A. RATLIFF Funeral services for Gordon Albert Ratliff, 53, San Bernardino, a member of Carpenters Local 1752, who was pronounced dead on arrival at a Fontanna hospital Monday, will be held at 11 a.m., tomorrow in the Stevens-Bobbitt Funeral Chapel, 1156 N. F St., San Bernardino. Mr. Ratliff suffered a heart attack while driving his car.
He was a native of Lake Charles, La., and had lived in San Bernardino for 30 years, serving as superintendent and foreman for many construction projects in the area.
He is survived by his widow, Romaine; two daughters, Linda and Diane Ratliff; two brothers, Allan A. Ratliff of San Bernardino and Robert, of Palm Springs; and a sister Mrs. Lee Van Vandt, Vidor, Texas. Burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery, San Bernardino."

"Laren Jordahl Laren Jordahl, 64, of Davenport, died Monday, Oct 8, 2007, at Genesis East, Davenport. Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Weerts, Davenport. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial is in National Cemetery, Arsenal Island, with military honors.
He was born in 1941 to Ben and Elna Jordahl. On Oct. 17, 1963, he married Marlene K. Leibrich. "Davenport -- Laren Jordahl DAVENPORT -- Laren Jordahl, 64, of Davenport, died Monday, October 8, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport. Celebration of Life services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Weerts Funeral Home, Kimberly at Jersey Ridge, Davenport. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the National Cemetery, Rock Island, where military honors will be conducted by American Legion Post # 26, Davenport. A memorial fund will be established in his memory.
Mr. Jordahl was born in 1941 to Ben and Elna Jordahl in Sioux City, Iowa. He served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. On October 17, 1963, he married Marlene K. Leibrich in Elk Point, S.D. He was a feeder driver with UPS for 28 years, retiring in 2003. He also owned Fluid Filtration Systems, Durant, Iowa. His memberships included Teamster Union # 710. He enjoyed attending sprint car racing events, traveling to visit family and friends and being with his good friends for coffee.
Survivors include his wife, Marlene; son, Bryan Jordahl of Davenport; daughters, Brenda Jordahl-Buckles of Davenport and Tanya (Scott) Stephens of Geneseo; grandchildren, Brynn and en Jordahl, Jaime, Lindsey and Sydney Buckles and Cameron and Zakery Stephens; and sister Janice Roeder of Kansas City, Kan.

rs. Martha Prueher Mrs. Martha Prueher, 87, a former resident of 1203 1/2 Summit St., Eau Claire, died Friday afternoon at the Eau Claire Manor.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Bernard LaVelle, Eau Claire, and Sister M. Rosalie, O.S.F., Colby; one son, Raymond, Eau Claire; one brother Michael Liebrich, Tunta Gorda, Fla.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was an honorary member of St. Anne's Society which will recite the rosary at 3 p.m. Monday at the Golden Funeral Home. A public rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday from the Golden Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church with the Rev. Lavern Timmerman officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

"Frank X. Prueher Dies at His Home --- Frank X. Prueher, 64, died Friday morning at his home, 1203 Summit street, after a lingering illness.
He is survived by his wife, one son, Raymond of Eau Claire, two daughters, Mrs. Bernard Le Valle, also of Eau Claire, and Sister M. Rosalie, who is stationed at Holy Trinity convent, La Crosse.
The deceased is also survived by five sisters, Mrs. Wm. Klawitter and Mrs. Wm. Rahke, both of Eau Claire; Mrs. Fred Lindow, Lansing, Mich.; Mrs. John Bauman, Cumberland, and Mrs. Francis Patterson, Durand, and two brothers, A.J. Prueher and Joseph Prueher, both of Eau Claire.
The funeral will be held Monday morning, at 7:45 from the Eau Claire funeral home and at 8:15 from the Sacred Heart church, the Rev. f.X. Orthen officiating. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart cemetery.

"Mary Helen (Liebreich) Harman, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed away at her home
March 31, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. Her deep devotion to her Catholic faith strengthened her in her courageous battle with cancer. Born April 4, 1926 in Ft. Worth, Texas, Mary cherished her role as a homemaker and was actively involved in her parish, St. Pius X Catholic Church for 53 years. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, Travis R. Harman; her daughters, Mary Ann Harman of Mesquite; Theresa Kleineck and husband Robert of Mesquite; Anne Craig and husband Rusty of Frisco; Jane Mayhall and husband Jamie of Rowlett; as well as her sons, Tom Harman and wife Sharon of Mesquite; and Jim Harman and wife Debbie of Richardson; 17 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Her sincere love for her Lord Jesus and her compassionate concern, love, and service to others touched the lives of all who crossed her path. She will be greatly missed.
A Rosary will be prayed at 8:00 p.m. April 1, 2011 at Sparkman-Crane Funeral Home, 10501 Garland Rd., Dallas. Visitation begins at 6:30 p.m.
