Death date from Seattle Times, Aug 12 to 13, 2009. "Edna May (Hopper) LIEBRICH Edna passed away at her home in Bryn Mawr on August 9, 2009. Born May 3, 1927, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, she graduated from Renton High School in 1945. An amateur poet and artist, Edna was married to Frank on March 10, 1947. They were avid walkers for 20 years at Southcenter Mall. A blissful union of 62 years she is survived by Frank, sons David (wife Carol), Don, Dean (wife Carol), grandchildren Matthew, Amanda, Colin, Jeremy, Liam, sisters Aileen Chambers, Belle Reiners and Peggy Fleming. A loving mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend, she will be sorely missed by all. A celebration of her life will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Seattle at noon,"

Obit from Seattle Times, Oct 27-28, 2009: Frank Charles LIEBRICH Frank passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, October 22, 2009 at age 90. Born October 16, 1919, in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, he moved to Bryn Mawr at age 11. Frank attended Renton High School, but gave up graduating in order to support his family. Frank enlisted and served in the Army during WWII. After serving in WWII he married Edna Hopper on March 10th 1947, they celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary in March of this year. As a carpenter of 40 years he worked on such notable projects as the Alaskan Way Viaduct, Southcenter Mall, the Kingdome and Bellevue Square. In retirement he was a avid walker at Southcenter mall, loved working in his garden, and spending time with family. He is survived by sons Dave (wife Carol), Don, and Dean (wife Carol), his grandchildren Matthew, Amanda, Colin, Jeremy and Liam. A celebration of his life will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Seattle at noon, Friday, October 30.
"YOUTH HURT IN 50-FOOT PLUNGE. Frank Liebrich, 19 years old, 4827 46th Ave. S., suffered a head injury in a 52-foot fall down an embankment about 7 o'clock last night, attendants reported today at Harborview County Hospital. Liebrich lost his balance while walking along a guard rail at the top of a bank in Rainier Avenue at Alaska Street. He is not in critical condition."--19 June 1939, Seattle (WA) Daily Times.
"Mrs. Helen Masters, 38, 4447 Brandon S., suffered head and leg injuries when struck by an automobile at Rainier Avenue and Brandon Street at 5:45 o'clock yesterday afternoon. The driver, Frank C. Liebrich, 5210 47th Ave. S. told Traffic Investigators J. M. Butler and C.P. Wranstedt that he did not see the woman before the impact. Born in Providence, a daughter of the late George A and Lillian Ann-May *(Leicht) Liebrich, she was a lifelong resident of Cranston. Miss Liebrich was a private housekeeper for many years. She is survived by a sister Ann L. Hayes of Warwick, a brother Robert E. Liebrich of Cranston and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the Late Barbara Liebrich and George A. Leebrick, Jr.."
