Verva Marie (Pennington) Leebrick, 90, of Conway, daughter of the late Dan and Arbelle Pennington, passed away Friday, Nov. 22, 2013. She was born November 3, 1923 in Bee Branch, AR. Verva was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Leebrick, sister, Opal (Ed) Webber, brothers, J.E. and Olen (Elmus) Pennington and nephews, Glen and Harold Pennington.
Verva was of the Baptist faith and graduated with the 1941 class of Clinton State Vocational Training School at Clinton, AR. She learned how the first computers worked and moved on to be employed by Gulf Oil in Houston, TX for many years until her retirement. After retiring Verva moved to Conway to enjoy her extended family. Verva took a lot of pride in taking care of her yard and flowers. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Verva is survived by her sisters-in-law, Virginia Pennington of Harriman, TN and Louise Atterbury of St. Louis MO, nephews, Harvey (Camella), Don (Donna Kay), and Larry (Frieda) Pennington of Bee Branch, Quinton (Linda) Pennington of Damascus, Dan Pennington of Harriman, TN, Alan (Mary) Atterbury of MO, Don (Petra) White of TX and Larry (Judy) White of MO, nieces, Ina (Wendell) Cassell and Claudette Pennington of Clinton, Glynna (George) Condray and Donna Jean Pennington of Bee Branch, Mary (Steve) Carrell of Damascus, Marie (Travis) Kennedy of Harriman, TN and Carol (Jerry) Lux of MO and many friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013 at Hardin Cemetery in Bee Branch, with Bro. Carry Condray and Bro. Dan Payne officiating. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway (501) 327-7727. Online guest book: www.rollerfuneralhomes.com

Mrs. Lorene Wilhoite Foster Leebrick, age 88, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2012, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro.

Funeral services will be 1 PM Monday, November 19, 2012, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Russ Countess and Geoff Giesemann will officiate, with burial to follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.

Visitation will be 11 AM until service time Monday.

She was born July 15, 1924, in Bedford County, to the late Joseph Byrd and Elma Jane Pierce Wilhoite. She was a retired seamstress with Stahl-Urban and a member of Fairlane Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husbands H.T. Foster, in 1977, and Arthur S. Leebrick, Sr., in 2012. Also preceding her in death were a daughter, Betty Foster Faulk, two stepsons, J. Steve Foster and Arthur S. Leebrick, Jr., a brother, Doyle Wilhoite, and a sister, Dorothy Ruth Wilhoite.

Survivors include two sons, Jack Foster, and his wife Chris, of Ashland City, and Dave Foster, and his wife Bobbie, of Sylacauga, Alabama; a daughter, Sandra Foster Boyd, and her husband Frank, of Murfreesboro; stepchildren, Marian Sherman, and her husband Walt, of Antioch, and Anna Wilhoite, and her husband Henry, of Shelbyville; a step-daughter-in-law, Joan Leebrick, of Smyrna; a sister, Marie Chilton, and her husband James, of Mt. Juliet; two brothers, Hulan Wilhoite, and his wife Lorene, of Unionville, and Vernon Wilhoite, and his wife Martha, of Shelbyville; a step daughter-in-law and special friend Grace Foster, and son in law, Waldon Faulk; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Fairlane Church of Christ or American Heart Association.
