According to the register of Indianfield Lutheran Church in Franconia Twp., Montgomery Co., PA, Michael and Margaret were married March 6, 1753. They were the parents of 9 children.
Don Ottinger lists her name as Virginia Margareta Zerkelsen (Zirkle).
Alternate place of death is Forestville, Shenandoah, Virginia.
"Maria Margareta "Margaret" Zirkle married the farmer Michael Nehs Jr. on 6 Mar 1753 in the Lutheran Church in Telford, Montgomery Co., PA.
They had 5 children they named: Johannes, Dorothea, Adam B, Elizabeth and her twin sister Eva Nehs.
Michael was born on 12 Jul 1730 in Germany and arrived with his parents, Michael Nehs Sr. and Anna Dorothea Pfeiffer, on the ship Brittanica from Rotterdam on 11 Sep 1731 in Philadelphia, PA.
About 1753 Michael and Margaret relocated from PA to a 360 acres tract of land on the North Fork of the Shenandoah River. Then in 1801, after Maria had passed, he relocated again with two of their children from Virginia to Tennessee.
Her husband died on 23 Jul 1815 in Greenville, Greene Co., TN and is buried in a Lutheran cemetery there."--Find-a-grave

Twin of Anne Mary. To American 1725 on Brittannia and located in PA. Some information confirmed 10/23/94 by Ron Cline who looked it up in ZIRKLE FAMILY HISTORY by J. William Harpine 1963. Book as Lodowick's last will and testament, etc. Lived for many years in Forestville, Shenandoah County, Va.
"Johann or John a farmer was the son of Heinrich Zirkle and Eva Euphrosina Rezin of Germany. Like his parents and wife he was a Lutheran. He immgrated to America at the age of 19 during the year 1725.
He had a brother also named Johann who likely went by the name John in America. It is believed that our/this Johann actually went by the nick name of "Lewis".
Johann Ludwig Zirkle, "Lewis", married Maria Eva Bear during 1725 in Telford, Franconia Twp., Montgomery Co., PA. They had 8 children they named George Henry, Catherine, Michael, Maria Margareta, Andrew, George Adam, Ludwig Lewis and Peter Circle Zirkle.
April 2013 Burial Comments - Betsy Snook from the Little Zion Lutheran Church
Johann Ludwig Zirkle donated the land for the church and cemetery called the "Little Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery" (Indianfield Graveyard) in Montgomery Co., PA.
However; upon his death he was buried in the Fuhrman Cemetery which was located at GPS 40 19 19.69 N 75 20 49.36W - Very near the Little Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Fuhrman Cemetery is no longer in existence. It seems that the cemetery was eventually plowed into farmland and there is now a housing development located on the site.
Some of the markers from the old Fuhrman cemetery have shown up for sale. The Little Zion Church has acquired some of these markers and have put them together in the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery.
See photo for location of Fuhrman graveyard.
Note: July 2017 .. Input from Christopher Bergey leds me to conclude that a more accurate GPS plot location (300 feet away) would be: 40 19 13.1 N, 75 20 55.5 W rather than the original estimate by Betsy Snook of 40 19 19.69 N, 75 20 49.36W"--Find-a-grave
