Cash and Angelinn his wife, formerly Angelinn Leebrick, the said Nicholas, Lucy, Maria and Angelina Leebrick being children and heirs Daniel Leebrick, deceased, Plaintiffs, against Catharine Ann Leebrick, Robert Steele and Caroline his wife, Hannah Leebrick, widow and relict of Samuel P. Leebrick, deceased, and Caroline June Leebrick, infant daughter of said Samuel P. Leebrick, deceased, and George D. Leebrick and Sarah Leebrick, infants under the age of twenty-one years, children and heirs of Daniel Leebrick, deceased, and John Melton, administrator of said Daniel Leebrick, deceased, Defendants. In Chancery. On motion of the plaintiffs, by counsel, who filed their bill,, and it appearing by satisfactory evidence to the court, that the Defendants, Catherine Ann Leebrick, Hannah Leebrick, Leebrick, infant daughter of said Samuel P. Leebrick, and Robert Steele and Caroline his wife, formerly Caroline Leebrick, are not inhabitants of this commonwealth, it is ordered that the said Defendants do appear here on or before the fourth Monday in November next, and answer the bill of the Plaintiffs, and that a copy of this order be forthwith inserted in "The Lynchburg Virginian", a newspaper published in the town of Lynchburg, for two months successively, and another copy thereof posted at the front door of the courthouse of this county on some court day.
