Mr. Leebrick is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia, graduating from E. C. Glass High School in 1976. He subsequently attended the University of Virginia, receiving his BA in English and Government in 1980. Mr. Leebrick received his JD from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1985.
Mr. Leebrick is admitted to practice law in all state courts throughout the commonwealth, including Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courts, general District Courts, circuit Courts, the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Virginia Supreme Court. Additionally, Mr. Leebrick practices before the United States supreme court, the United Stated District Court of Appeals for the fourth Circuit, the United States District Court of the western District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Leebrick generally accepts cases originating in the City of Lynchburg and the counties of Campbell, Amherst, Bedford, Appomattox, Charlotte, Prince Edward and Nelson.

"Three Youths Tried In Court. Virginia youths Charged With Breaking Into Thomasville Laundry; Other Cases. THOMASVILLE, Feb 7 -- Three Lynchburg, Va., youths, who ranged in age from 15 to 20, were given a hearing in the Thomasville court Friday on a charge of breaking and entering and larceny and receiving. The three youths are charged with entering the Thomasville Family Laundry on the night of February 3 and steeling less than $2 from the cash register at the laundry. A dollar of the money was used in hiring a taxi from Thomasville to High Point.
Two of the youths, both over 16 years of age. Tinsley Randolph Leebrick, Jr., and Claude Melvin Maddox, were both bound over to the May term of Superior Court under bond of $500. Franklin Floyd, who is under 16 years of age, was ordered turned over to juvenile authorities. E.C. Byerly, clerk of the Davidson County Superior Court, later in the day released the Floyd boy to his mother under a bond of $100.
