"OTIS L. LEEBRICK -- Otis L. Leebrick, 69, of 2445 Toddville Rd. died yesterday. The funeral will be at 3:30 p.m. tomorrow at McEwen West Chapel with the Rev. Finley M. Griffith, pastor of McQuay Presbyterian Church, the Rev. Jackson Morrison, associate minister of Third Presbyterian Church and the Rev Charles Foushee, pastor of Ridgeville Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.Born June 24, 1904 in Amherst County, Va., he was the son of the late James L. and Nenia Woody Leebrick. He was employed by Old Dominion Box Co. for 50 years and served as general manager before retiring. He was a member of McQuay Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ruby M. Leebrick; a daughter Miss Vickie Leebrick of Charlotte; a son, Thomas Leebrick of Kannapolis; four sisters, Mrs. Ruby Baker, Mrs. Mable Johnson, Mrs. Gertie Land and Mrs. Lillie Fitzgerald of Lynchburg, Va.; and two bothers, Clarence Leebrick of Washing, D.C., and Bill Leebrick of Baltimore, Md.; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

"Rachel L Pearce Lived In Mesa for 78 Years. MESA--Rachel L. Pearce, 515 N. Grant, died yesterdy at Mesa Lutheran Hospital. She was 84. Born in Sabetha, Kan., Mrs. Pearce came to Mesa in 1890 with her family. She was a member of the First Methodist Church, the Mesa Garden Club, the Mesa Rose Society and the Mesa Needle Club.
Surviving are her husband, Zeb; four sons, Norman of Mesa, Arthur of Scottsdale, Charles of Tempe and Philip of Coupeville, Wash.; three daughters, Mrs. Rachel Love of Mesa, Mrs. Katherine Baxter of Phoenix and Mrs. Mildred Tooker of Northport, N.Y.; two brothers, Carl Leebrick of Maui,, Hawaii, and Paul Leebrick of Laguna Hills, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Fleming of Capistrano, Calif. and Mrs. Ruth Fiest of Covina, Calif.; 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
